Who we are
Lawn Bros Paving & Landscaping is a paving and landscaping business based in Southend-on-Sea, Essex. We are responsible for the personal information described here. You can contact us about it on 07309 765719.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, a photo quote request or a design from the planner, we receive what you enter:
- your name, phone number and, if you give it, your email address;
- the postcode or town of the property and a description of the work;
- any photos you choose to send, and your planner choices and measurements;
- your answer to "How did you hear about Lawn Bros?", if you choose one;
- the page you sent it from, any campaign tags in that page's web address (for example from a Facebook or Google link), the website that referred you, and a short label for where your visit came from, such as "Facebook" or "Google".
Photos are resized on your device before they are sent. This also removes hidden details stored in the photo file, such as location data.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, discuss the work, arrange a site visit if one is needed and prepare a quotation. This is necessary to take steps you have asked for before any contract. We also look at which pages and campaigns lead to enquiries so we can understand how people find us; this is in our legitimate interests and uses only the information listed above.
We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who handles it for us
The website and its forms are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which stores form submissions and delivers them to us. Netlify may process data in the United States under safeguards approved for UK data transfers. Form submissions are checked automatically for spam.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and to keep records we are required to keep. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies or use advertising or analytics trackers. If that changes, we will ask for your permission first where the law requires it, and update this notice.
Your rights
