Why re-sand?
Jointing sand stops blocks shifting against each other. Cleaning removes some of it, so the joints are refilled before sealing.

Why does block paving need re-sanding after cleaning?
Cleaning washes some of the jointing sand out. Refilling the joints helps the blocks stay locked together and gives the sealer a firm surface to bond to.
Will sealing change how my driveway looks?
It can. Some sealers keep a natural finish and others deepen the colour slightly. The options are discussed before any work starts.
